They already had chat. But the goal was real human connection. Voice still wins there.
Old IVRs were rigid and scripted. Now it’s AI voices with natural conversations.
A 24/7 receptionist.

Website + database integrated, dynamic values manageable on their end, and payments handled directly on calls.
Everything was ready to go live…
then came the last-minute changes.

Filed a complaint 2 months ago about a bent electricity pole that could fall on my house anytime. Registered on @jansunwai_up & @UPPCLLKO (No: MV21102404376). Despite visiting the office directly, no action taken. Highly irresponsible behavior by officials.

Followed up multiple times with the area JE, but all I get is a casual 'Ji dekhte hain.' The pole is now only supported by wires, posing a serious risk. It feels like they’re just waiting for it to fall and cause an accident or damage my house. @UPPCLLKO
