@HLbringmehome_ More to the point what word did you make with those letters that wasn't umbra. It was the only thing that sounded like a work. Granted I had the R in the right place
@British_Airways Lovely. I assume once you no longer have any record of me I can re register using the same email address? If the answers no you're breaking the law. If the answers yes. Why can't you just do this anyway? Do you see my complaint here?
@British_Airways how is it in 2025 that you can neither restore my account that you deactivated without notice or allow me to use the same email address to sign up for a new account because I still have an account that you can neither activate nor delete. Fuming
@British_Airways I emailed you a few days ago to send me all info you had on me and to delete all my personal data under GDPR regs. I assume this would remove my email from you system or you would be in breach of law. Please confirm
@British_Airways Yes I understand that. My query is how in 2025 do you require customers to create a new email address to get access to your services whilst also deleting their "lifetime" tier points. This isn't something complicated. You are breaching GDPR by keeping my email address forever
@grok All good. I assumed you were just making things up. Not just assuming that everyone with my surname is a sibling of mine!
Glad to hear there are more Treweeks out there. Congrats to the happy couple.
