Most L1s pick one: permissioned validators or economic stake.
Arc does both. Validators are known and accountable.
ARC stake sets weight, rewards, and what's at risk.
Trust layer + economic layer. Two locks on the same door.
We are moving from an internet of user interfaces to an internet of agents. But for the agentic economy to scale, we need more than just LLMs. We need a programmable Economic OS that works across any standard whether it is x402, MPP, or AP2.
I joined @cuysheffield and @bamazizimesh on @TokenizedPod to discuss how @Circle is building the rails for USDC nanopayments and this next era of autonomous agentic coordination.

Our massive suite of infrastructure is now fully available to AI Agents and AI Agent builders with Circle Skills. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, come build the new internet financial system.
We’re building toward an internet financial system through Arc, USDC, Circle Payments Network, and our interoperability services that connect them.
The goal is simple: make money movement and value exchange efficient, programmable, and accessible worldwide. Read our product vision: https://t.co/TLglvFwZs3
If you’re wondering what the next decade of the internet will look like — and how AI, programmable money, and open protocols will converge into a new economic layer for the web — listen to @chandhok's podcast on how we’re building a native economic layer for the next era.
The internet built an information layer, but never an economic one.
In his new @MilkRoad Show interview, Circle CPTO @chandhok shares why programmable money, open systems, and AI will define the next era of the web.
This is the conversation if you care about where the internet is going.
@Circle has entered into an agreement with @Interop Labs to accelerate Arc and CCTP as the hub for multichain digital finance, extending our commitment to supporting interoperability with many onchain networks, just as we have with USDC, CCTP, Gateway, xReserve, and Wallets. We look forward to welcoming new team members to @Circle once the deal closes.
The launch of Arc Public Testnet is a defining product milestone for Circle.
Arc’s architecture delivers predictable stablecoin-based fees, deterministic sub-second finality, and opt-in privacy — a foundation for scalable, enterprise-grade financial applications.
It’s the first step toward a truly global Economic Operating System for the internet.

Coming Soon: Direct HyperEVM ↔ HyperCore Connectivity
This launch is the first step toward enabling USDC deposits into Hyperliquid’s spot and perpetuals exchange on HyperCore.
→ USDC on HyperEVM is distinct from USDC currently available on HyperCore. As such, there’s no impact to existing trading flows. DEX deposits and withdrawals will also continue to route through its bridge from Arbitrum.
In the next phase, we’ll enable:
→ Seamless deposits and withdrawals between HyperEVM and HyperCore’s spot and perps markets, including from 14+ blockchains through CCTP V2
Stay tuned for more updates.
