@argoskenny - Plus / Pro / Business 自带的额度（不管是 Chat、Work 还是 Codex）都没有加
- 只有额外买的 credits（token-based 计划）会因为 Sol 降价而更耐用，相当于有效额度增加

所以 Work / Codex 的订阅自带的额度并没有跟着涨，只是付费 credits 变便宜了

好消息：GPT-5.6 Sol 官方 API 降价 20%

坏消息：API 是便宜了，但 Plus / Pro / Business 的 Subscription plan 额度并没有跟着增加 😂

结论：成本更低了，但 OpenAI 没有要回馈给订阅用户 🤡

- 我用的是 Command Code 的 harness，我试着在 OpenCode 问一样的问题结果输出被拦截了 🤔
- 只有政治类问题比较自由，其余的比如黄，毒，赌全被和谐了

Update on rate limits in Codex. We do see that for some users the cache hit rate has been worse this week than the stable state the weeks before. This could explain that usage is draining somewhat faster for those users as hitting the cache consistently is an important component of being efficient.

We are investigating and will have an update tomorrow.
