1. The judge can indeed impose the terrorist connection, whether it is so charged or not, per s.69 Sentencing Act 2020.

2. Crown Court sentences don't set precedents. This is trite - and as an MP, you really ought to know this.

3. The sentences are neither disproportionate, nor wrong. There was serious damage (£1.2m) to property, and a police officer's spine was fractured with a sledgehammer.

What's "wrong" here is that MPs are outraged that people have been appropriately sentenced for such crimes that include GBH by fracturing a police officer's spine with a sledgehammer.

We should not have MPs who think this way.

The core part of the Henry Nowak murder (the part we must not forget and must seriously engage with) is that his killer and family instinctively thought to fabricate a racism narrative because they knew it would give them an immediate advantage and invert the roles at the scene. And it worked exactly as calculated.

It has struck a raw nerve because it makes visible in the most repulsive way imaginable what many have long sensed, that accusations of racism have become a powerful, paralysing force in modern Britain eventually leading to a dying boy being sidelined while the system instinctively prioritised accusations of racism.

People were fed up with Tory failure and a lot of them had fond memories of New Labour, the assumption was that Starmer could bring back the good days, real incomes would grow, the public finances would improve, etc.

Transgenderism is an ongoing project of attempting to normalize a bizarre subculture built around esoteric pseudo-medical practices from the outermost fringe of human extremity and make it compulsory for every American to join that subculture and to make that subculture the mainstream culture of the Western world. One requires only the most cursory understanding of the pioneering figures responsible for the mainstreaming of transgenderism -- who they were and what their motives were -- to understand this as a matter of certainty.

It is as if ascetics who scourge themselves with whips in public or amputee fetishists began teaching their beliefs to young schoolchildren and recruiting them to join their ranks. One is forced into the strange position of referencing practices that are not more bizarre than transgenderism -- that are indeed arguably less bizarre -- to make an analogy in an attempt to restore some semblance of sanity and proportionality to our thinking about this. The normalization has already gone far enough that the whole culture suffers from vertigo where it is unable to orient itself in space or time.

Giving the same off-label cancer drugs that are used to chemically castrate adult sex offenders to pubescent children who have been brainwashed to fear the decisive stage of mental, physical, and emotional maturation that resolves gender dysphoria in children in most cases is self-evidently an act of madness and medicalized child abuse unmatched by anything in the history of modern medicine. It took the self-lobotomization of the American professional and managerial classes for our truth-seeking apparatus not to see this fact that is self-evident to any normal person with normal human instincts.

This self-lobotomization occurred across mainstream institutions of all kinds -- all it required was the incantation of a few odious euphemisms, the manipulation of rewards and punishments, and confident claims by various authorities that self-evidently ludicrous claims were in fact settled science.

Now we are in phase one of recognizing that there was never any science to any of it.

It was all a lie told by cultists who managed to infiltrate and corrupt society's knowledge-generating, certifying, and enforcement apparatus -- it was the most outrageous of all such possible lies, so outrageous that nobody could believe that anyone would attempt it, much less succeed, unless there was some actual substance behind it, some real grounds for epistemic and moral confidence. Dear Jane, I doubt you will only say this once, but it’s very clear what you ARE saying. You rightly point out that there is an awful lot of sexual violence and assault, including of children, which is not dealt with adequately through the criminal justice system. You then go on to make some sweeping statements. I will quote you for ease: "… It is untrue that the reason is because people are scared of being called racist".

I have been campaigning against all forms of male violence towards women and girls for more than 40 years, and investigating it as a journalist for 25. I can’t tell you how many times I have encountered grotesque cowardice from white liberals/Leftists when the perpetrators/alleged perpetrators are black or brown men, and I have to say, the cowardice is firmly on the Left.

Racism (because cultural relativism IS racism) is also to be found on the Right, and it deeply disturbs me. For example, exaggerating the significance of race and ethnicity, suggesting child sexual abuse was imported by Pakistani Muslims, and ignoring abject and historical failures to investigate white perpetrators.

The police are not scared of being called racist, contrary to popular belief, but they ARE scared of having to deal with what they would refer to as "race riots", and any fallout that targeting particular sections of hardline Islamist populations provokes. This is because these men are scary, and the police don’t give a damn, in the main, about the victims.

Ironically, the hard Left is also shit-scared of the inevitable fallout for themselves if they accept the fact that there is a significant problem in some parts of the UK where there is, for a number of reasons, a 'hands-off' approach, by social workers, care home staff, teachers, and sexual health workers (most of whom are NOT Right wing, and more likely to be liberal Leftists) with Pakistani Muslim men abusing girls in organised, clan-based gangs.

The notion that the Left is an anti-racist political project is laughable. Leftists capitulate so hard to these extremists ("because Imperialism, my enemy's enemy", yada, yada) that the default position has been to ignore the evidence and defend the indefensible. These Leftists have handed the racist Right the opportunity to overplay ethnicity on a massive, silver plate. The racist Right has grabbed the opportunity to racialise all forms of sexual violence towards females, in part because the Left refused to deal with it honestly, and with courage.

You accused one of the grooming gang survivors of being a racist, I recall. Don't be surprised if these women get support and understanding from anywhere than what has become an immoral, deeply hypocritical cult.

People often ask me why I speak publicly about grooming gangs and child sexual exploitation, and why I hold MPs to account regardless of party.

This is why.

In 1998, my teenage sister was abducted and subjected to hours of rapes and sodomy, he left her for dead. What was done to her changed the course of her life. She lives with severe mental illness and addiction, which are recognised consequences of prolonged childhood sexual trauma. She has received no meaningful, consistent support since the offence occurred.

Because of that trauma, her children were removed from her care. I know this intimately, because I fostered two of them. They are my niece and nephews. Our family has lived with the impact of this crime for more than 27 years.

The man responsible was convicted of multiple offences involving underage girls. At the time of sentencing, in open court, he shouted that he would come back and sexually assault every woman and child in our family. That threat was made while judgment was being passed.

He was given a lengthy prison sentence.

Since then, I have been repeatedly drawn back into the justice system through parole reviews. During the pandemic, Humberside Police’s serious crime unit contacted me to inform me he was again being considered for release.

I provided a victim impact statement on my sister’s behalf, because she is not well enough to do so herself.

What is less often understood is that the harm did not end with my sister.

Because of the threats made in court, and further conduct over time, I required legal protection. A non-molestation order and an exclusion zone were put in place to protect me, my children, and other women in our family.

I am now also formally recognised as a victim of his actions.

After serving over two decades in custody, he was released and then recalled to prison within months for breaching his licence conditions. He is currently back in custody. I am never told the full details. I am simply summoned again, year after year, to repeat the same process.

This is not a political position I have adopted.
This is not something I have joined late.
This is my family’s lived reality.

This is why I speak.
This is why I refuse silence.
This is why safeguarding and accountability matter to me.

When I talk about child sexual exploitation, I am not speculating. I am describing a life my family has lived for more than two decades.

My position is clear.

Life should mean life, I will continue to fight for life without parole for child rapists.

🚨📣 FSU VICTORY!

The Free Speech Union has won a landmark High Court victory against the Police Federation for unlawfully suspending police officers Richard Cooke and Rick Prior after they questioned whether the police were “institutionally racist”.

The High Court ruled that the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) acted unlawfully in suspending two elected Federation Chairs — and banning one from seeking re-election — over remarks they made on GB News and on social media.

The Court found that the suspensions and subsequent restrictions on their ability to stand for office were unjustified, disproportionate, and in breach of their rights to free speech.

Police chiefs elected to represent the views and concerns of rank-and-file officers should be able to do so without fear of punishment from unelected officials. These two officers did just that.

Mr Cooke had challenged claims on social media that the police are institutionally racist. During a GB News interview, Mr Prior highlighted a serious issue: frontline officers fear being branded racist and facing disciplinary action when engaging with ethnic minority communities— a reality many officers recognise.

Officers Cooke and Prior spoke out on a matter fundamental to maintaining public trust in the police. They were silenced.

General Secretary of the Free Speech Union, Lord Young of Acton, said: “The Court has ruled that Mukund Krishna, CEO of the Police Federation, acted unlawfully when he suspended these two elected Chairs of Police Federation branches and banned one of them from running for re-election. I think he has no choice but to resign.”

The Free Speech Union will be pursuing PFEW for costs.

I have a family member who believes they are ‘friends’ with a famous rock star.

They talk about musical projects they’re working on together - despite never having had a professional music career.

This same person claims we’re related to a prominent politician (we’re not) and once demanded their siblings take DNA tests - insisting their father wasn’t really their father. It caused a lot of distress.

Aside from that episode, the family mostly humours them. And nod along about the ‘album with the rock star’ because they’re loved - and because it’s understood they are unwell. Their ‘stories’ are part of their illness.

But if that person ever acted on their delusions - for example, showed up at the rock star’s concert or home demanding access as a “friend” - everyone would agree it was time to step in. Intervention would be necessary.

Yet - week after week- we hear examples of men turning up in women/girls only spaces - claiming to be women. Who are celebrated - not cautioned.

This week’s example is @listen2tish - who’s now been banned from her gym, for objecting to a man who says he is a woman being in the ladies changing room.

Yet no one says: ‘Hang on … this has gone too far. This isn’t safe.”

Instead, the women who raise the alarm are branded “bigots.” And told to be more kind and ‘inclusive’.

Meanwhile, society has been conditioned to believe that a person acting out a delusion - crossing boundaries, ignoring warnings and demanding access to women and children’s spaces - is merely expressing an “identity.”

They’re not.
They’re unwell.

And the failure to intervene isn’t kindness. It’s negligence.
And - some might say - something far more sinister.

OK one last go..... for those who follow or interact with me the usual caveats around apologising for repetition.

For anyone remotely interested in protecting the vulnerable from sexual and physical harm, particularly children please read the below. All of the facts and statistics I will refer to are openly and relatively early verifiable. Yoy can even use Grok to check should you have difficult believing me.

I work in Public Protection. It comes under many names in different forces, MOSOVO, Jigsaw e.t.c but it all concerns the same thing. Managing the risk posed by Registered Sex Offenders and other Potentially Dangerous Persons to the Public. I have done this role for approximately six years as Police Officer and have a number of other skills and roles which are part time including being a level 2 Officer (riot Officer in common parlance) and a CBRN Officer alongside some additional skillsets. Prior to this I was on a mixture of Response and C.I.D. teams. In my current role I have arrested and taken to Court approximately 300 Registered Sex Offenders for further offending. I say this not to boast or for self aggrandisement but to try and establish my credentials and to demonstrate that what I am saying is backed by experience and profound knowledge of the subject matter.

We are fucked. It is the fault of successive Governments and public apathy. If you wish to know why and the reality of the situation then please read on. If you don't then do so in the knowledge you are making a choice to not understand what is happening to the people trying to protect you and your children from RSO's. That might make you feel angry and upset. It should do. We would not be in this situation without your apathy. If you wish to do something about that we need you to harness those emotions and utilise them accordingly.

The Sex Offenders Register began in 1997. It's genesis came from the realisation and acknowledgement that sex offenders need a degree of monitoring and controlling to protect the public. Thus was born VISOR. The Violent and Sexual Offender Register. This is a database maintained and updated by the Police which monitor and tracks Sex Offenders and tries to ensure they are tracked, monitored and adhering to the requirements needed of them. This was further added to by the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and formally codified in the Sex Offender Notification Requirements. These are requirements incumbent on ALL rso's to register their names, aliases, addresses, passports etc. Failure to do so is a criminal offence with a maximum sentence of breaching being 5 years imprisonment.

At this juncture it is worth pointing out that we are one of the few countries to have such a Register. America and Australia (along with a few others) also have one. Almost none of our European contemporaries do. Indeed the idea of a European Sex Offenders registry has been mooted numerous times and has failed to come to fruition. A number of European countries including Spain and France have explicitly argued that such a Register would breach the human rights enshrined by the ECHR for those subjected to it. All these countries despite not having such a Register to manage and Police have vastly greater Policing resources available to them. The U.K. has one of the lowest Officer to population ratio in all of Europe. Approximately half that of France, Spain, Italy, Greece and Russia. About a third less than Germany. Bear that in mind as and if you read on as despite us having such low numbers and resources we have correspondingly far greater duties. All whilst being routinely unarmed.

In the U.K. when the Register was first established it was recognised that it would need officers and staff to manage the RSO's on it. To visit, monitor, support and if necessary arrest them for infractions of their conditions or further offending. When the guidelines for workload were drawn up it was decreed that no individual Officer would have more than thirty Offenders to manage. Anything more was seen and inherently unworkable and likely to result in increased risk. This number and the time it was created is, again, very important to bear in mind as you read on. The limit of thirty was imposed before the creation of Sexual Offenders Prevention Orders and their later successor Sexual Harm Prevention Orders. These are Court Orders bespoke and tailored to an RSO's offending. They will limit things such as an Offenders access to children, Internet access, apps they can use, registering internet enabled devices with Police e.t.c. e.t.c. Their use has vastly increased and results in large numbers of arrests and investigations as Offenders breach them. Again the maximum sentence for breaching such an order is 5 years.

Fast forward to 2010 and the Home Office quietly changed the maximum number of Offenders an individual Officer could manage. Instead of thirty it was now fifty. This was not debated in Parliament. It was not really debated at all. It was not imposed due to increasing resources or lack of work the stark naked truth was there were too many Offenders and not enough Officers. Indeed despite the ever increasing number of RSO's there had been an approximately 20 percent in the number of Public Protection Offficers to deal with them with greater workload and complexity due to the introdution of SOPO's. You will note the date. 2010. The start of austerity. Bear in mind how bad the situation was therfore prior to austerity and brace yourself accordingly for what has come next.

Since 2014 the number of RSO's has doubled. From approximately 50,000 to 100,000. In that same timeframe Police funding has been catastrophically slashed. The Met alone has lost a billion pounds in real term funding. My own force has lost hundreds of millions. Between 6 to 8 hundred Police Stations have closed. Tens of thousands of Officers have left. That was all needed experience. As of today around a third of Officers in the U.K. have less than five years experience. That is an appalling, disastrous figure. Government spokesman about healthy churn. In reality they wished to gut Police of experience as it was cheaper to have lots of inexperienced Officers bith in terms of general pay and pensions.

Governmental Ministers will often talk about protecting the front line. This is meaningless jargon. Back office staff are crucial and critical. Worse when they are gone the tasks they performed still have to be done..... by the front line. Remember this when you are struggling to get hold of emergency response officers with their tiny numbers and horrific myriad of duties and tasks they need to complete. You were warned about this. You were warned of the consequences of the cuts and what it would mean to Policing. You did not listen. The Government gambled, correctly, on your stupidity, myopia, apathy and ignorance. They knew that when the chickens came home to roost that the Police would be Blamed for the effects of the cuts imposed upon them. They were, heartbreakingly, entirely correct to gamble as such.

So 100,000 RSO's, decreasing staff and Officer numbers, greater tasks. On my team the current average is now 64 Offenders each to manage within the community. Over double the number to manage than when the Register started. Every single member of my team failed their last psychological screening which we have to complete yearly. Every single one. If one of them goes off sick or decides they can no longer bear to carry on the number we will manage will jump to around 76 each. This isn't manageable. It isn't right. This is a national disgrace replicated across the board. If you think my colleagues seem weak or unmotivated consider the conditions they labour under on your behalf. Due to our tiny numbers we have noone to hand onto. This means if we arrest someone we deal with them entirely. Arrest, searches(section 32 and 18), interview, casefile building, going to CPS to obtain charges e.t.c. An arrest will usually result in a remand given the level of risk we deal with. That means a shift of, ordinarily, between 16 to 20 hours. On average we arrest 2-3 RSO's a week. Our stations are often, literally, falling apart with leaks and crumbling infrastructure. Waiting for solicitors which, like us, have been denuded of funding and investment so there are not nearly enough. This means my team are exhausted with massive impacts on their personal lives and missing out on children and family events e.t.c... even basic expectations of sleep cannot be met. My colleagues and I regularly deal with extrme offences and exceptionally dangerous people. Two weeks ago one of the men we deal with was sentenced, amongst the things we uncovered, for assaulting two of my colleagues whilst arresting him. To say nothing of the appalling material we regularly are subjected to when gathering evidence. Having to grade multiple videos of babies and toddlers being raped and provide a statment after 16 hours on duty in a station so stripmined off funds it cannot even supply sachets of squash for its officers to drink is not an ideal work environment. All this before we get to the Courts..

The Court system has, broadly, ceased to function. There are not enough specialist lawyers and Judges to deal with normal cases let alone specialist and sexual cases. Trial dates are, in of themselves, a national emergency. Basic task like transferring Defendants from prison to Court or getting liveliness to prison regularly simply fail to work. Accelerated by the privatisation of these services. The prisons themselves are collapsing. In the U.K. the Prison estate is operating at just under 100% capacity. That is a disgrace. Again successive Governments have failed to invest and fund. The Public have failed to hold them to account. Prison Officers operate in squalid, dangerous, terrifying conditions. They don't have the equipment and backup they need because Governments have "allowed" themselves to be led by pressure groups and activisits because its chepaer than properly equipping them. Something that many of these groups may wish to ponder. Yoy are simply carrying water for Governments looking to do things on the cheap. Prison Officers don't have tasers because the reality is it costs money. Both for the equipment and training. It is cheaper to "listen" to pressure groups to provide the political cover as a reason. The Government don't really believe or care that violent prisoners might be "traumatised" by the sight of a taser that may have been used on them outside of prison. It's just a hook to hang failure to resource on.

This complete abrogation of responsibility from those who Govern in our name has made our prison estate woefully over populated, highly dangerous and open to corruption and subversion by organised crime. The tactics and technology are readily available, for instance, to prevent drone drops of money, drugs, phones e.t.c. They are not implemented because they cost money. Or indeed because the tentacles of corruption have embedded themselves ever further up the chain. It is hard to believe our ministers are such paragons of virtue that they are beyond the purview of being corrupted by organised crime.

I am now arresting and breaching Offenders who are arriving at bail hostels with undeclared internet enabled devices, simcards and USB sticks that they have brought with them from prison. Prisoners in many establishments openly film and record themselves, they have YouTube channels and update their dating profiles from inside.... and continue to offend.

That prison crisis directly impacts the management of RSO's. Prison terms have been cut from 50% of a sentence to 40% now to 30%. Ministers have repeatedly assured us that violent and sexual offenders are exempt from th3se releases. That is a straight lie. Sexual and Violent Offenders as graded by Police and Probation are regularly being let out using these schemes. I have already arrested and remanded quite alot of them for further offending. Ministers language has now changed saying that dangerous offenders will not be released. Again this is pure mendacity. Mendacity erected on your gambled ignorance. What Ministers are saying here is that those prisoners designated as a dangerous offender by a Judge and sentenced accordingly are exempt from these release schemes. That is a very rare designation. It means that an offender who is found dangerous will serve two thirds of their sentence and be subject to an extended license period. The vast majority of sexual and violent offenders are not so designated. From rapists to domestic abusers north of 95% of such individuals will not be deemed dangerous. When Ministers say dangerous offenders will not be released they are lying. They are deliberately using technical legal terminology not in any way shape or from the meaning of dangerous as the public would understand it.

There's so much more to discuss but most won't ever read as far as this. Asylum seekers? There's a hot button issue. Are yoy aware that the Home Office won't deport someone (as rarely as they do anyway) if they have an active criminal investigation against them? Repeatedly raped a child?when you're released and waiting for the deportation process carry on committing crime. It stops the process. What a design system. I haven't even touched on Probation and their crucification and disintegration. Reactive management of RSO's? Such a cornucopia of horror and decay you are all kept deliberately ignorant of

I can only use the tools and resources given to me by the Government to protect you. The Government will only give to me what it feelsit can get away with. It is up to the Public to redress the balance. I cannot strike. The Police and the Military give up the right to strike to serve You. You will note that bith organisations have been filleted and gutted by successive Governments. The Police are the Public. The Public the Police. When you denigrate me and mock me for failings that I have had no hand in creating and you have allowed you are simply engaging in self-harm. The results of that are now manifest everywhere in our society. If you want to start to redress the issues than do so. Ask politicians about what i am saying. Demand answers. Is anyone marching and protesting about this? Are they bollox. I have said it before but it is worth repeating I find it more stress relieving and rewarding to drive aid convoys to Kyiv them I do serving the British public. I go again October. I will be met by people who are kind and decent to me, pleased to see and grateful for my meagre efforts at help.

Go on ask your local MP about all thus, ask your elected officials. They will not answer me. I have tried. They will all, uniformly, ignore me.

But the real lesson does not come from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. It comes from Kigali. In 1994 Rwanda was not just broken. It was bleeding from every street and every soul. Over 800000 people were slaughtered in just 100 days. Not by drones or armies but by neighbors with machetes. It was the apocalypse with no warning. Yet Rwanda chose something unimaginable. Not more war. Not more hate. But life. They did not erase history. They faced it. They built courts. They chose truth over vengeance. More than 120000 were tried in community hearings. Survivors faced murderers. And they forgave. Peace was not easy. It was terrifying. But they chose it. Pain does not disappear but it does not have to lead either.

Now #Rwanda rises. #Kigali is clean. Modern. Safe. One of Africa’s fastest growing economies. Women hold most seats in parliament. Poverty is down. Tourism is up. Reconciliation is policy. All this from a nation that saw more blood in three months than Gaza has in three decades. The human soul can rise from ashes but not if it clings to fire.

So what holds Gaza down? One word Hamas. A regime that glorifies death more than it fears failure. A leadership that hides underground while the people bury their children above. And still some applaud. Why. Because suffering has become a strategy. The more Gaza bleeds the louder Hamas is praised. The more children die the more international sympathy flows. But sympathy is not a plan. And martyrdom is not a future. You cannot fight for your people while using them as shields.

Trauma exists on both sides. Israelis and Palestinians suffer. But there is a difference. One side builds hospitals. The other hides weapons in them. One side pleads for peace. The other (Hamas) chants for blood. One sends aid. The other weaponizes it. This is not about religion. This is not even about borders. It is about leadership. Rwanda chose to forgive. Israel chose to endure and progress. Hamas Muslim Brotherhood Palestinian terrorists chose destruction. If your leaders worship death do not ask why your future is buried.

Now imagine something different. A Gaza that builds. Elections. Schools not tunnels. Books not bombs. Children learning Hebrew and Arabic. Trade flowing. Dialogue happening. Rwanda did it after genocide. Gaza has not even tried. It is not too late.

So ask yourself. Do you want Gaza to become Rwanda or remain rubble. The past is real. The pain is deep. But the enemy is not only outside. It is inside the slogans. Inside the bunkers. Inside the blind loyalty to ruin. The way out is not another rocket. It is a mirror. Rwanda buried its dead and rose. Hamas Muslim Brotherhood Palestinian terrorists keep digging. It is time to stop.🐣
