You want Kenyans to sit down and plan for 2060;34 years into the future, yet you cannot convincingly explain what you have done with the four years already entrusted to you except for abductions, genz killings and heavy taxation with massive looting of public resources
The same Kenyans paying more taxes, struggling with the cost of living, battling unemployment and watching their hopes disappear, somehow you want them to start planning for 2060.We gambled big time in 2022.🤦🏾♂️
Kenyans confuse and conflate these terms:
“Government” with “State.”
“Public” with “Government.”
Government is NOT State.
Government owns nothing; it’s the Public that owns land and other assets.
Governments come and go but the State and The Public stay.
A political party may win periodic elections and be in charge of Government for the period it’s elected or in power, but it finds and leaves the State and The Public intact.
A State may collapse or dissolve from internal strife, conquest or revolutionary configurations, but The Public doesn’t.
However, THE PUBLIC comprises of DISTINCT PEOPLE(S) and NATIONS (which are vulgarly referred to as Tribes or Ethnic Groups).
The NATIONS or PEOPLES may relocate, migrate, or rename themselves, but they are the only SOVEREIGN with true OWNERSHIP of LAND, natural resources and assets within the State.
Embrace the use of words such as PUBLIC PROPERTY, PUBLIC LAND, and PUBLIC OFFICE—not government property, government land and government office. The former are words of empowerment and affirmation while the latter represents a deeply colonized language and world view.
Apparently, Kenyan politicians have concluded that our IQ is somewhere between that of a bird and a potato.
Sholei says maize production rose from 34M bags to 67M bags. When Sam tells her that’s false, she doesn’t provide evidence she simply declares that he is speaking for the opposition.
Junet, meanwhile, suddenly doesn’t remember saying they were bribed to impeach Gachagua. If they can lie so casually about things that are on record, what makes anyone believe the rest of what they tell Kenyans?
Wasteful and Futile. This Beyond Vision 2030 farce is just a further insult to Wananchi Watukufu. The Ruto Regime is far beyond redemption, yet it is still splurging taxpayer resources on shiny things in a hopeless bid to appear credible. It is delusional! WANTAM is firmly set. William Ruto has failed miserably and no amount of trickery, sorcery, bribery or any other '-ery' can save him. WE DEMAND JUSTICE‼️
P.S: Shame on those who are agreeing to be used in these disgusting sanitization attempts. The blood and suffering of myriad Kenyans cry out against you and your evil collaborator.
#WANTAM #RutoMustGoToJail
In 2024, Mombasa Governor Abdulswamad Nassir allegedly sent goons to abduct, torture, and sodomise a local blogger for allegedly insulting his mother. The criminals filmed the incident and shared the video widely.
The governor himself was never arrested, though several of his county employees and goons were arrested and charged with gang sodomy and assault. The main suspect, who was never arrested, bribed the victim not to testify in an attempt to kill the case.
I hope @VOCALAfrica_ and @husskhalid won’t agree to drop the charges once the goons and their financiers including their obvious financier are identified.
Every time we allow politicians to get away with blatant, deliberate crimes, we embolden them to get away with murder.
Mombasa has 73 documented gangs, higher than Nairobi, which has 56, according to the National Crime Research Centre, which is under the Ministry of Interior. Every strong gang has a link with a politician who gives them cover from arrests, and in return they cause violence and brutalise the politicians’ opponents.
John Kiarie, Kimani Ichung'wah and Kipchumba were demanding the arrest of the person who shared the alleged Nairobi OCS list.
Arrested.
Over a list.
If the list is false, the simplest response is to publish the correct one.
Let Kenyans compare the two.
Let the facts speak for themselves.
When a government's first instinct is to demand arrests instead of providing evidence, people are left asking why transparency seems harder than intimidation.
Facts should be answered with facts, not handcuffs.
Half of the companies awarded government tenders failed to disclose their beneficial owners, despite a legal requirement meant to improve transparency in public procurement
A total of 14,819 out of 25,994 contracts were awarded to firms that kept their ownership details secret.
When ODPP and DCI Become Debt Collectors for Powerful Politicians
The Ol Kalou goons were captured on camera terrorising voters, attacking people and turning an election into a battlefield, yet the DCI and ODPP have somehow lost every sense of urgency.
But when Mudavadi, Issa Timamy and their own director fall out over Sh363 million inside a private investment company, the same institutions suddenly wake up, issue summons and move like private debt collectors.
How does Sh363 million disappear through more than one hundred cheques over nearly six years without any shareholder, director, auditor, accountant or company secretary noticing what was happening inside that business?
Were there no bank statements during all those years, no annual accounts, no board meetings, no transaction alerts, no audit reports and nobody asking why millions kept leaving the company?
When exactly did Issa Timamy realise that his signature had allegedly been forged, and how could the same signature reportedly appear on cheque after cheque without raising suspicion for almost six years?
Who controlled the cheque books, who received the statements, who approved the accounts, who prepared the audits and who was responsible for protecting the company’s money during that entire period?
Why should the DCI and ODPP spend public money resolving a private feud between wealthy shareholders when people who attacked voters in Ol Kalou are still walking freely after being filmed?
Mudavadi, Timamy and their director should sort out who conned whom, because them defrauding one another inside their own company is not a national emergency requiring the full force of the state.
The DCI and ODPP cannot become debt collection agencies for politicians whenever private business deals collapse, especially when serious crimes affecting ordinary Kenyans remain untouched and forgotten.
This abuse of state institutions must be condemned before every powerful official starts using detectives, prosecutors and courts to recover private money that disappeared under their own watch.
I order Bolt in upper hill. Bolt guy calls. ‘Niaje? Unaenda Kileleshwa pande gani?’ I tell him the Tabere Crescent. ‘App imeeandika pesa ngapi?’ He asks. 270 I tell him. ‘Fanya 400 tuende’ he retorts. I cancel.
is this a new thing?
"ooh ngoja atoe KCU ndio mtajua siasa vizuri" ndio uyo ako court trying to postpone elections and sponsoring bills to prevent live streaming of results. nliwaambia hakuna genius hapa, just a coward mf😂🚮
Some people will ask “What has Sifuna done, show us his track record”. This is it, he executes his constitutionally mandated work in the Senate! It’s not his work to build roads and stadium and make empty SHA promises
As a country, you know you are in a lot of trouble when the president's obese chief economic adviser thinks that a balanced diet is a luxury. Protein consumption is one of the most basic indicators of economic development.
The government has no money of its own so this is an admission that our taxes were used to bribe MPs to influence the outcome of a democratic process. We gave Ruto Democracy, he set it aside and has pursued Lootocracy.
