Everything with revenue should have a token.
Laundromats, A/C units, vending networks have been running without a missed payout since May 2025, 1,590+ machines.
Arcade machines just joined the structure, live on @Solana.
Revenue, from everyday machines.

Owning a cash-flowing machine used to need capital and the right zip code.
Onchain, anyone, anywhere can own a piece. 🙌
@sol_blaze_ share the concept.
Real people use the machines → the machines generate revenue → that real-world machine revenue moves onchain.

What happens when real-world machines meet onchain finance?
That’s the idea behind PLAY by @DualMintRWA.
PLAY is DualMint’s machine vault built around 200 operating claw machines, generating revenue from real-world usage rather than token emissions or speculative loops.
The concept is simple:
Real people use the machines → the machines generate revenue → that real-world machine revenue moves onchain through Solana.
That’s what makes the model interesting to me.
PLAY is targeting a 12–15% annual yield, backed by revenue generated by the operating machines.
Importantly, that’s a target, not a guarantee.
The model is built around real-world machine activity, with monthly distributions.
And this is where the RWA angle gets interesting.
We often think about real-world assets as real estate, treasuries or credit.
But productive physical machines can also generate economic activity.
PLAY is taking that machine-generated revenue and connecting it with onchain infrastructure.
Steel earns it.
Solana moves it.
The current PLAY campaign has a $230K deposit target, with pre-deposits opening September 22.
I’m following the journey because the bigger question is interesting:
What happens when real-world machine revenue becomes part of onchain finance?

@SaadAmmrun said he has tried a lot of "onchain" projects, and most of them are just whitepapers full of promises.
But he understood that PLAY is different because the numbers are tied to something real instead of a projection on paper.

I've tried a lot of "onchain" projects, and most of them are just whitepapers full of promises. PLAY from DualMint is different. It runs on 200 claw machines that actually exist and get used by real people every day. Yes, the same machines you find at the mall, the ones that grab your prize and then somehow drop it right before the exit.
That's where the revenue comes from. Not from tokens printed to chase hype, not from some loop that only feeds itself. People play, machines work, money comes in, and that's the base the whole PLAY system runs on. It feels more honest than most projects out there, because the numbers are tied to something real instead of a projection on paper.

Almost none of it onchain. And nobody lends to the machine.

Expect early volatility as the market digests the new structure. Either way, the fixed lease pays holders monthly in $USDC.
