@revolutsupport Your ability to execute this is flawed seriously flawed. Happy to talk through it with someone. For now I’ve removed my money from your account and won’t be using the account seriously as I can’t afford for a poorly designed system to stop me accessing funds when I need to.
My god…. @Revolut has one of the worst antifraud/scam systems I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Just one day of using them as my main account and I’m taking everything back out and closing it - it’s shockingly poor!!!!
@RoyalMail another tracking showing “delivery attempted but address inaccessible” despite address being 100% accessible and no delivery being attempted. If your team are too busy to try that day why can’t they just say so? Can’t stand bs answers on tracking…
@UPS This service is a complete shower of shit. No one helping, passed from dept to dept, package just sitting there. I chose UPS as it used to be THE premier service to use. With modern systems this should NEVER happen - shows underinvestment and lack of customer care from you.
@UPS , a month so far and my parcel still isn’t delivered - I chose UPS as the PREMIUM service to get my package from US to UK but instead I’m getting passed from dept to dept, phone line to phone line, repeating my tracking number tens of times and getting zero productive help
It would be protecting me if I hadn’t already given a full and very precise breakdown of where, what, why, who including that this is me paying, no scam calls, no one tricking me, and even organising a small prepayment prior to the request so they can cross reference the account
Anyone else noticed that #monzo customer service has gone right down the pan recently? Used to be absolutely excellent - now seems to be replicating the Amazon 1000 ways to prevent talking to a human route of menu after bot after menu… :-(

An hour and ten minutes stuck on a support line waiting for @gigaclear to answer service not worked since 7pm yesterday… my first month of service is not as rosy as I’d hoped….
@GWRHelp “Sorry no refreshments on this service”..Again..100% hit rate in last few trips of not providing the service you’re selling and the last time I asked for partial refund I was told “it’s not guaranteed” so basically your first class service is a form of lottery…. #GWR

@KOBOX GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!! Took my money, they got shut out of venue by the landlord, been chasing since APRIL…. AVOID this gym people, they take your money then ignore you. Shame as sessions were great, it’s just the blatant theft that’s causing angst @unitedfitnessbrands

Absolutely crap service from @oakley - pay premium at their online store for good service, express delivery, 3/8 for next day and here we are 9/8 and according to courier not left Oakley yet. 30m on hold so far for their support line with no agent picking up….
@gigaclear utter shambles of an organisation. Pick a location for my neighbours POT that means no install fee, pick one for me that costs £2600 to install. Months later we agree on £940 and now they can’t find the POT they installed to do the install 🤦🏻♂️
