To celebrate the Easter weekend, we will be running our popular Easter Eggspress steam train specials along the Great Northern Mainline. Each child will receive a small Easter Egg from the Easter Bunny
Tickets will go on sale this Sunday at 12:00.
The route to Wexford will take us along arguably Ireland's most scenic railway line - the sunny south-east from Dublin to Wexford, a route offering views of tunnels, cliffsides, beaches, forests.

For the first time in 22 years, recently restored steam locomotive number 171 hauls it's first train since 2002. Here we see it passing Pike Bridge, Co. Kildare this morning in absolutely horrible conditions as it makes it's way to Maynooth.

The Railway Preservation Society of Ireland is delighted to announce the "Mighty Kingdom" Diesel Railtour.
Our 071 class diesel hauled train, will depart from Dublin Connolly at 07:50 and will be heading to the Kingdom of Kerry. Tralee and Killarney.
