UPDATE, I ADDED THE INTAKE PHOTO FROM THE SHELTER and info that he was picked up on Happy Ridge Drive.

SENIOR GOLDEN RETRIEVER FOUND NEAR MIDLANDS TECH IN WEST COLUMBIA SC, IN BAD SHAPE FROM SARCOPTIC(?) MANGE
This poor senior golden Golden retriever has severe mange, is in great pain, he will probably be euthanized if a 5013c does not pull quickly.
Looking to see if he has an owner or if there is a rescue that will pull him. He found his way to a woman's garage asking for help; she said he was shaking with pain so badly he would not even drink water; his back end is hard from the mange. Animal Control was called as no rescues that were contacted on Saturday could take him so he is at Lexington County Animal Shelter. She may be willing to adopt him after his mange is treated, she couldn't keep him at that time because she didn't want her dogs to catch it.
Looking for the owner or a 5013c rescue to pull him.
