The European Court of Justice ruling that doctors are totally responsible for the damage done by the gene therapy masquerading as a vaccine because they voluntarily administered it, is obviously a travesty. The crazy thing is I anticipated this in February 2021 when I stated to the IMC that the doctors would end up carrying the can as scapegoats. All recorded in the Irish High Court. 🚨 Holding the State to Account!
Today, I'm in the Four Courts challenging a Minister of State for attempting to redefine Personal Liberty as merely Physical Liberty, a direct contradiction of Article 40.4.1° of the Constitution. Personal liberty encompasses far more than just freedom from unlawful detention —it safeguards the fundamental rights of every citizen.

Additionally, I am holding the Attorney General’s Chief State Solicitor’s Department accountable for allowing unidentified solicitors to operate in court, directing barristers who represent government officials. This violates Article 34.1, which mandates that justice be administered in public—not behind a veil of anonymity.

Just remember that we have 33,000 NGO's in Ireland, funded by the tax payer to the tune €6.5 billion a year.
There was a group called Benefacts https://t.co/ZNIYBpjeh6 which tracked the charities and NGO's as to funding and where the money went.

In March 2022, Benefacts ceased trading following the decision of the then Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform Paschal Donohoe to terminate funding for the company.

In 2003, the government unilaterally opted into EU Directive 2001/55/EC, which set migration policy for mass influxes of displaced persons. No referendum was held.

This decision violated Article 6.1 of the Constitution of Ireland, which states that "in final appeal," the people must decide all questions of national policy. By bypassing the people and making this decision at the executive level, the government stripped the people of their constitutional authority over national policy.

This decision also contravened Article 1, which affirms the Irish nation's "inalienable, indefeasible, and sovereign right to choose its own form of government" and to "determine its relations with other nations." Accepting an EU directive without a direct mandate from the people disregards this principle of national sovereignty.

In a democratic republic, major changes to national migration policy should be subject to a referendum, not decided behind closed doors.
