@VisitRussiaUK Hi, I had a Tourist visa and flight booked for next week but the flights have been cancelled so I won’t be able to make use of the visa. Is there a way to get the visa fees back or change the dates of the visa for when travel is re-open?

@FedExHelpEU my package has been sent to a wrong address and I’ve been trying to get it re-delivered, contacting the support team multiple times and each time being reassured it’s going to be shipped to the right address. Still not here, it’s been a week now, this is ridiculous!
