If ten thousand people on the streets for trans rights yesterday does not show politicians what the people really think - then they are not in the business of representing us, just the rich.
Dublin loves, fights for and protects its trans and intersex neighbours.

Since our statement last week, a second Sinn Féin TD has welcomed the ruling.
Our position remains that without clarity on the Supreme Court ruling and without calls to reverse the ban on puberty blockers, Sinn Féin will be excluded from Trans and Intersex Pride Dublin
@MaryLouMcDonald was questioned on #LateLateShow about her party’s potential ban from Trans and Intersex Pride.
No clarity on Sinn Féin’s position on the Supreme Court ruling, no mention of the threat the ruling poses to trans people, and no mention of the ban on puberty blockers
We need to be really clear on this our Trans community have faced and continue to face levels of discrimination and deprivation that we in the disability community are all to aware of.
Our Trans community stood and sat with us as we fought and won the “Scrap The Green Paper” fight which in turn has benefited so many in our society.
Trans rights are human rights.
There is no place in this society for any form of discrimination or exclusion of any group especially those groups on the margins.

Trans and Intersex Pride Dublin has said it will ban Sinn Féin from participating in its Pride march this summer unless it clarifies its position on yesterday's UK Supreme Court ruling on the definition of a woman.

people anywhere is something we need to protest against!
We aren't going anywhere, we will keep fighting for trans liberation and the end to oppression everywhere!
Trans & Intersex Pride Dublin want to send our support and solidarity after the latest attack on trans rights in the UK. Today the UK Supreme Court has ruled the legal definition of 'woman' under the Equal Act 2010 excludes trans women. 'For Women Scotland' were the ones to bring
With our despair and rage, we need to fight back against this attacks. More than ever its important that allies also stand with us, solidarity is needed from feminists, LGBTQI+ community, trade unions, to just name a few. Our movement is an international one, any attacks on trans

TRANS & INTERSEX PRIDE IS BACK!! ️⚧️️⚧️
Trans and Intersex Pride Dublin is back for our 6th annual Trans and Intersex Pride March! Join us on July 12th and help pay for a stage/sound system, leaflets, posters, and banners!
Trans visibility is more than media stories. It must be on our own terms, to build a movement for trans liberation. Visibility without liberation puts us in danger. Solidarity and collective action on the streets will build a better world, not just for trans people, but for all!
This Trans Day of Visibility, we need more than just an acknowledgement of our existence. We need real liberation from a system hellbent on erasing us. The visibility capitalism gives is one of repetitive debates about pronouns, sports, and bathrooms.
but a lack of solidarity against the attacks we're facing. Capitalism is happy for us to be visible if it means we can be objectified or ridiculed. But not when we're loud about the oppression we face or the demands we're fighting for.
