Originally at ACC 3 yrs ago, went to an ACC adoption event where her previously owners saw her, saying she had been lost for months (see video in thread). Same Owners now left her tied up abandoned in April. ACC contacted them & they said did not want to reclaim, listing various excuses including Mocha has separation anxiety.
