Many of you may already know about this situation, but we feel it's important to continue bringing attention to it and ensuring accountability. We have zero tolerance for scams and deceptive practices.

We've reviewed the matter thoroughly and objectively. After speaking with @babix_betbolt and reviewing additional evidence, we believe taking a clear stance is both the right and responsible thing to do.

@HobbesHD voluntarily left the @GambaTavern Discord server shortly after the exposé was published. @Gerrykinihan14 has since been removed from the server as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy community.

Prior to these developments, both individuals were viewed by us as legitimate and reputable business operators, making this an unfortunate situation to address publicly.

We also hope that those who have worked closely with Hobbes, whether as business partners, collaborators, or associates, take the time to review the available information for themselves and speak up where appropriate. Accountability is strengthened when respected members of the industry are willing to stand for transparency, integrity, and what they believe is right.

This is the first official statement from the @GambaTavern Council, and it won't be the last. We intend to play a more active role in promoting transparency, accountability, and higher standards across the industry.

Roulo's post is wrong on four points.

1. No performance targets were ever agreed on. The pinned deal had no KPI, no wager requirement, no game restrictions. The KPI was added mid-deal, after I submitted a withdrawal. Screenshots below.

2. I didn't take the lb down. Roulo invalidated my API key. Of the $3k prize pool, Roulo paid $125 total in order to get good-looking screenshots for this X post and ghosted the rest. I sent the prize payout distribution attached below. I paid the remainder out of my own pocket with the help of @JamieJGambles after Roulo already took my half of the LB payment out of my cashouts.

3. The scout was fired from CSGOWin because they are seeing how Roulo is wrong in this situation especially after the CMO of CSGOWin just posted a tweet saying how regardless of performance, they always pay out there leaderboards. Not spite. Accountability.

4. I didn't inflate anything. Screenshots from a conversation with @abouxmenace attached. I sent the lb data and paid players out of pocket. The only party withholding funds here is Roulo, as they haven't even paid the LB with money they stole.

A $1,000 giveaway attached to a defamation post is not a response, it's damage control.

Also, mentioning how you accepted a withdraw of 10k from a player with no resistance isn’t a flex. That should be paid out regardless.

Roulo, please pay out the remaining $2875 you owe to my players. After that, we can end this on good terms.
