@British_Airways what a joke! Flying to Prague at end of month & rtn leg just cancelled. No option to manage booking online. Tried calling their help line but keep getting ‘sorry we can’t take your call’! This was a trip planned with my mom & aunt who are over from South Africa!

#made.com poor quality & service! Bought Hopkins desk & side tables. Desk arrived damaged. Expected full refund for both items as bought as a set. Given poor quality why would I keep them! Being charged for returning side tables AND over charged too! No one responding to queries

@British_Airways Why is BA cancelling flights due to depart in April?! We were rebooked on a return flight from Cape Town to London on 17 Apr and have been notified it has been cancelled with no explanation again!

@British_Airways Our latest rtn flight from CPT-Heathrow has been cancelled again. It’s our 5th rescheduled flight cancelled & each time we need to get hold of BA! There’s no attempt on your side to get in touch with us to reschedule. Each time it costs us to get hold of you. Pls contact us ASAP

@British_Airways After cancelling our initial flight from Cape Town to London, we’ve now had 2 subsequent/rebooked flights also cancelled without any explanation & cannot get through to BA to get us on an available flight back to the UK! There are flights leaving but we keep getting cancelled!!

@British_Airways We’re currently in Cape Town and our flight back to London today BA58 is cancelled. We contacted your service desk on Thurs 24/12 and were told BA would contact us directly but have not heard from BA since. Please advise our options and how we can get back to London. Thanks
