@DrCameronMurray The problem with this debate is that it treats a 'home' as a standard unit. What is badly needed is low cost, compact housing units, carefully designed to afford social ills.
Current policies to increase housing stock just make it easier to build large homes, driving up prices.

@NickFeik I see nothing to indicate that the package will encourage the building of the modest homes that desperate people are crying out for. Instead people will be encouraged to build more 5 bedroom 4 bathroom homes thereby driving prices up even further.
