Introducing the Distribution Strategy for Palette:

As we embark on the exciting journey of launching Palette, a detailed explanation of our supply distribution strategy is paramount to ensuring our community is well informed and prepared for what lies ahead.

✦ Phase 1 ✦
Guaranteed Access → 2 Hours

In phase 1, we honor the support of our foundational communities with guaranteed allocations.
→ Pillheads Generative Holders:
receive an allocation of 0.333 PLT per NFT

→ STACY Collectors:
are allocated 0.5 PLT per NFT

→ Iterative Minting Pass (IMP) Owners:
benefit from 1 PLT per NFT

→ Pillhead: Originals and 1/1 Collectors:
receive 2 PLT per NFT

→ Partner Communities:
granted 1 PLT per allocation

A unique feature of our allocation system is its stackability;
for instance, an individual holding 3 Pillheads and 1 IMP would secure an allocation cap of 2. This cap represents the maximum purchase limit, with the flexibility to buy any amount up to this threshold.

Importantly, owning 1 or more tokens entitles holders to the ERC721s of Palette (artwork), embodying the full essence of the ERC 404 standard. Meanwhile, fractional tokens remain tradeable on Uniswap, fostering liquidity and engagement.

✦ Phase 2 ✦
First Come First Served (FCFS) → 2 Hours

Following Phase 1, we open the floor to the @Pandora_ERC404 Community

→ Pandora BOX holders:
on a FCFS basis, wallet snapshots will dictate allocations of 1 PLT per 1 Pandora, capping at 10 tokens per participant.
This phase also provides access to those who might have missed out in Phase 1, while integrating any unsold supply.
