@Followwell12 We didn’t spend much time in weight rooms and conditioning outside of the summer time.

When you take those out during the season you have all the time in the world to work on fundamentals. Coaches are old school and very detail-oriented. You don’t do your job = you don’t play.

The downside of capitalism - everything costs money. I played basketball in Serbia 6-18 years of age and rarely had to pay for much with all the same resources available.

@Followwell12 Not much film growing up at all - until I started playing for the pro team.

Not so much about concepts, as they are the same. It was about repetition - setting good screens, positioning on offense, moving without the ball, coming off the screens, etc.
