A PC modder has built one of the most unusual RTX 4060 cooling setups yet by replacing the graphics card’s normal cooler with a massive 5.5-pound (2.5 kg) aluminum heatsink.

Instead of fans, the GPU relies entirely on passive cooling, dissipating heat naturally through the giant heatsink.
The project was created by Bilibili user NexFrame, who specializes in fanless PC builds.

In a test bench setup, the RTX 4060 reportedly stayed at around 58°C, with a 71°C hotspot, while the fans remained at 0 RPM.

The system also uses a Noctua NH-P1 passive CPU cooler, making the entire PC almost completely silent.
