Nationality is inherited via birthright from those who helped create or develop the nation. It is not directly ethnic (despite the obvious correlation) and it is not gained via immigration. Your nationality is borne of your family’s sweat and blood, and it is their gift to you.
To the Americans:
I've travelled all over the world. I've familiarized myself with many places, and met many people. And I'm a Canadian, although I’m privileged to reside once again in the States.
And here's something I've noticed, and it’s a key element of America's continuing greatness:
You bloody Americans value success, and you believe in its existence.
This is something that doesn't really happen anywhere else in the world. Even in other free democracies—the United Kingdom; Finland, Sweden, and Norway; Australia, New Zealand and Canada; Germany, France, and the Netherlands (great countries all)—a counterproductive cynicism too often reigns.
Success is equated with exploitation.
Ambition is looked upon with contempt.
This happens sometimes in the United States too—particularly among the miserable progressives, who confuse their resentment, ingratitude and unearned skepticism with wisdom.
But in your great country, by and large, striving is admired and success celebrated.
This means that more people strive and succeed in the US than anywhere else. And it's increasingly obvious. You remain stunningly more innovative and productive than any people anywhere else on the planet.
And so I say, as all should who are fortunate enough to live in the western world, let alone America:
Thank God for the United States.
Thank God for the wisdom of its founders.
Thank God for its faith in the free market and in the natural rights of man.
Happy birthday, you damn Yankees and Southerners.
Long may your admirable country dominate the world.
Long may your freedom and hope provide an example to those suffering everywhere at the hands of their malevolent states.
May your two and a half centuries of unparallelled success be just the beginning.
Your country is the light of the world, and the city on the hill.
Thank God for the USA.
Happy 250th.

@R3195345826457 We’ve had TimTams for at least a decade. I remember eating them as a kid. They were definitely a lot harder to find until recently though.
The *author* of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment, Senator Jacob Howard, literally explained during the debates that it would obviously not apply to illegal aliens or foreigners not allegiant to the United States…
It was for the children of former slaves.
We can't keep the illegals out.
We can't stop them from popping out insta-citizens.
We can't stop them from voting in our elections.
We can't stop them from taking our jobs and taking over companies.
We can't get them off our welfare programs.
We can't eliminate their massive fraud.
What you're witnessing is a surrender to an invasion in slow motion.
The idea that a pregnant woman from Guatemala can sprint across the US border, have the baby 30 minutes after arriving here, and the baby is magically a citizen of the US, is one of the most retarded and indefensible notions ever conceived
@metallicarod@IllyrianChad@mehdirhasan In no world is the merit of a man’s nationality based on his ability to pass a civics test. We require the test for foreigners because we want to; not because you magically become an American after you memorized the answers to a test.
This is of course the ultimate goal for many immigrants: replace the nationals, displace their culture and claim yours to now be legitimate, and take control. It’s just state-sponsored conquest, but without any honor or legitimacy.
Dumping 100,000 foreign african muslims on welfare into Minneapolis in the 1990's/00's. Without the taxpayers consent. Was a WAR CRIME against the people of MN and the USA.
There are almost zero places in the whole western world experiencing a labor shortage. Blue collar wages have been stagnant for the last 80 years. We keep hearing that we need foreign labor to survive and yet wages only get worse while we import them. It’s a lie.
@sjc6254 Yes our immigration policy is incoherent. No the 300,000 Haitians here under this program don't "live in one town." 12-15,000 live in Springfield, Ohio, and make up around a quater of the population. They ended up there because there was a severe labor shortage that they solved,
@MeatyLethrDaddy@Michaeldudufudu Just “foreigner”, or “alien” legally. The only reason “goyim” is offensive is because they keep using it while in other people’s nations.
So based. Foreigners should only be treated with hospitality; not equal rights. In no world should citizens be seen as equal to foreigners within their own nation.
Half of all college graduates in NYC are immigrants or from immigrant households. So when observers say college grads in NYC are embracing communism this is not a home-grown phenomenon.
This infographic alone should be the end of every debate on Earth about whether White Europeans should continue breaking their backs to send infinite trillions of dollars to Africa.
Absolute insanity.
