Now the truth finally comes out that the state of New York wants the Amish people‘s properties and land so they can build their data centers. How disgusting 🤮
The Amish of Central New York told the seditious Governor Kathy Hochul they would pack up, abandon their farms and leave if the Governor tried forcing vaccines on their children. The Governor fined them over $100,000 and demanded they comply anyway.
When the Amish decided to fight back, taking the wicked Governor to court, Hochul's minion Senator Fahy drew up even more legislation to pressure them to leave, attacking their children again, this time through an anti-homeschooling bill.
Tens of thousands of acres of cleared Amish farmland are at stake. The Amish have spent decades clearing their land by hand and horse. The hard work has been done.
But if the Governor has her way, the Amish will be forced to sell that cleared land to the solar farms and data centers knocking on the doors for it.
Who will help the Amish stand up to this maniacal Governor? We need to expose this on social media and we need to get the right people involved to represent the Amish and help them fight This evil demonic power and control of New York.

Tucker’s face as he listens to Megyn Kelly go through the alleged facts of the Cornell 7 case pretty much mirrors my own reaction.

I had heard generally of the case but heard the alleged facts for the first time as Megyn spelled them out on his show.

Wow.

@beraddeluca @Thule_Wizard @IGraceAshford His use of the word “actually” seemed to underscore each lie he told. Along with the way he said “everyone sort of understood” that Erika would take over. Sure, they “sort of” did. 🙄

Think about the very first sentence Patrick said on that 911 call. In linguistic analysis it’s referred to as the preemptive narrative anchor.

Candace hasn't mentioned HADES in a year..
The Pentagon's HADES plane N1098L was there that morning, and again 25 minutes after Kirk was killed.

The 2nd HADES plane N2100L was in St George when Tyler Robinson was being booked, at 9 pm.

Three times in 36 hours.
And, then, there's the UAVs..

@DCStolinsky @Yodertoter40 The NY dems know exactly what they’re doing. And they want the door opened to do a lot more if they can get away with it.

[David Noll @DavidNollEarth]

I'm here posting about this constantly. We need a huge backlash against this as it affects every religion in the country.

It also affects anyone non-religious' autonomy as well.

This case will be used as justification to force vaccinate the Amish, their kids, athiests, Hindus, muslims, christians, the agnostics & everyone else.

If Hochul can get away with this tyranny on the Amish, guess who she's coming to vaccinate next? You and your kids.

This law must be stopped and destroyed at all costs!

[Duckwit260 @Duckwit26080762]

@HealthNutDSc @thisischaniece @Yodertoter40 Exactly. But the dems in NY pretend the Amish are the problem.

New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY.
⠀
The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each.
⠀
Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance.
⠀
Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23.
⠀
Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10.
⠀
Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine.
⠀
Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill.
⠀
Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money.
⠀
They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County.
⠀
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force.
⠀
A parent may not excuse a child for faith.
⠀
Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage.
⠀
Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state.
⠀
The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026.
⠀
A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28.

Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?!
⠀
Where is the “my body my choice crowd now”?

RFK Jr. says pro-vaccine researchers found girls given the DTP shot were 10 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO DIE over the next three months than unvaccinated children.

The girls weren’t dying of diphtheria, tetanus, or whooping cough. However, they were dying of sepsis, respiratory problems, and common infections.

So on paper, it “worked.” Then a pro-vaccine Danish team looked closer and reached an unexpected conclusion: the shot was killing MORE children than it saved.

Girls dying at ten times the rate of the unvaccinated, and the media ignored it. This should be front page news.
