@Practo Booked an online consultation session for My 78 year old father. The doctor asked for his age, weight and issue. Without any consultation he provided prescription and marked the case closed. How can a doctor prescribe medication without consultation?

@shashanknd when i raised this issue with your specialists, there was no concern to resolve, investigate, to speak to the doctor or to avoid this with other patients. The only thing they said was have initiated a refund of your fees. No value for life @Practo ??

Without asking for client’s medical history, without asking if he has any allergies, without talking about the symptoms and explaining to the client, how does a doctor just randomly send a prescription? Is it even legal?@Practo
