poker isn’t about memorizing 40 tricks. it’s about asking 3 questions every hand:

1) what happens if…? if i bet, check, or raise, what changes next street? what will they do later?

2) what’s their range? capped or uncapped, elastic or inelastic? will they fastplay or slowplay?

3) what does my hand want to do against that range? pick the line that makes their range do what you want based on your hand.

every decision is just those 3 questions. that’s the whole game.

but variance evens out. it’s not what keeps you stuck.

the real killer is a low winrate.

picture the $20/hr nit who avoids every close spot, never bluffs big, never goes thin for value.

he thinks he’s avoiding risk, but all he’s done is lock himself into $20/hr forever.

avoid risk and you avoid ever climbing.

Pra mim a dica mais fundamental no trabalho é: seja visto para ser lembrado
Ligue a câmera, responda rápido no chat, faça perguntas, participe dos eventos da empresa, feedback constante ao time (mesmo que seja coisa dando errado) e nunca se atrase para reuniões (dê feedback se for)
Parece simples mas muita gente não faz isso
