@terence_online Don't want to burst your bubble, but word is that the park will only be closed a few times for a stretch of a couple months for each closure. Still something to complain about though.
@Very__Regular I'd rather we got a Yashica T4 remake than the pentax 17. There are plenty of great half frame cameras from past eras to fulfill that niche.
@MickeyFenton1@ryyanlay I think another important part of this is contests and that they build concrete parks for things like the olympics and street league and then tear them out.
@ryyanlay Panel about how to advocate for good skateparks. Make Preston talk about learning sketchup to show what you want. Panel about what it's like to work in the industry/how to get a job in that world. Skater contract negotiations. Gonz gest or Silas guest.
@Quesly2 Elwood never went away in Australia. I don't recall the details, but something like the licensee over there took over the brand when it folded here. It turned away from skating into an average clothing brand.
@sportmanteau89 I got a bag that fits my board and clothes, and always check it these days. Less hassle with airport staff, and no fighting with fitting a board in the overhead compartments. Less stress for me and worth the checked bag fee.
@hmooor3 @kevin__horn I've used Nikon and Canon and they're both great. There are some small differences, but easy to adapt. If you're getting a DSLR, I'd say go all in on something full frame. You'll get a lot more out of it. Like a d610.
