It's frustrating to watch Joanna Mendoza (D) for U.S. House, AZ:CD6) lie in her ads.  The fact is:  Juan Ciscomani did NOT vote to cut Medicaid.  He voted to cut Medicaid FRAUD, so Medicaid is more efficient for those entitled to it.  Big difference, Joanna!  Shame on you...
