@DrHistoryBrad Lee had some early victories but became super overconfident and was not an effective general at Gettysburg. A lot of success can also be attributed to Jackson. Grant of course came in a little later but knew how to play the game more effectively.

@Lithicarb@firagawalkwthme I think to a subset of people on this site their view of work is either gig economy with flexible hours, software development, or some other form of be-your-own-boss shit where you work as much as you like in a day with like no breaks. Reminds me of the 3 days in one day guy
