There is shift happening in corporate America: Companies aren't just suggesting office returns anymore - they're demanding it. From tech giants to financial firms, full-time office mandates are becoming more prevalent.
A contributing factor to the issue is that many white-collar workers have become entitled, believing that in addition to getting paid for their work, they should also get to dictate everything from when and where they work to which social or political issues their corporate leaders take on. It’s amazing that with all this non-core sanctimony, these people have time and energy left to do their work. 🤣
@David_Wright_NI@MargaretCan@DeloitteNI David...we have been here before and no doubt again! Lack of availability causing problems for occupier clients due to remaining floor space being very fragmented. Also worth highlighting Belfast has never had a mature office pre letting market.
