On the other hand, Gen Dumisani Khumalo has a civic duty to sue the NPA for malicious prosecution. If he doesn’t, NPA would move to the next person

Example, he kept on referring to his sources telling stories which he sheared as fact to the commission.

It has been almost a year since he was made Deputy Minister of Police, and still he doesn't have delegated authority. They are just running errands there with the states' money.

One of the biggest problems is that courts are for the elite and government and not for a Xhanti, Sabelo or Lerato on the street. Justice must be affordable.

How does this plan outdo the 9 point plan announced in 2015 given that his term has been a disaster for domestic affairs ? When they abandoned that 9 point plan, they didn’t tell us how it failed.

@MorningLiveSABC @EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema @LeanneManas The court erred on technical grounds, it's not possible to find someone who shot the rifle on the air whilst exonerating the one who has the licence for that rifle and who gave him that raffle to shoot. The court also showed biase as it had an accused they were interested in.

@MorningLiveSABC @LeanneManas It begs the question, if such evidence is in their hand, why NPA hasn't acted on it in terms of prosecutorial decisions where there are cases ? Secondly, why are the people in question not charged ? What is the point of the Commission if people are going to go there and sing ?

I however don’t understand how such an admission helps his party ahead of the local Government elections. If I was the leadership collective of his party I would worry if our president had that to say.

It took a woke decision, and interpreted it to mean woman taking their husband names is somehow a perpetuation of man superiority over woman. We have a woke Constitutional court.
