This June is Men’s Mental Health Month and it still doesn’t get enough talk.
On average, nearly 39,000 men die by suicide in the US each year that’s about 80% of all suicides. Men die by suicide at roughly 4x the rate of women.
A lot of guys feel like no one cares, or they’re carrying everything alone with no real purpose left. It sucks. too many think asking for help makes them weak. But reaching out is strength.
If someone’s pulling back, sounding hopeless, or just off check on them. A real “you good, bro?” can save a life.
Also remember, some of the happiest people you know are most likely to be unstable mentally.
