We didn’t take our toddlers in (they stayed with local family) but our 3 month old is breastfeeding still and sleeps all the time so was causing no impact to anyone in the lounge. How about updating the policy to allow for babies who are breastfeeding and well behaved.
@Marriott behind the times and uncaring towards moms/families/babies. As a lifetime titanium member and ambassador for 10+ years, I am disappointed that lounge access was denied to us in every hotel this recent trip to Japan after 5/7pm with our 3 month old breastfed baby. 1/2

Less than 24 hours after picking up our new @Kia Carnival, the car has stopped and every error code has come up. The car is not drivable and is stuck on the side of road with 3 toddlers. Awesome day 1 after what was already a painful buying experience. @AAAauto

@fuboTV 3 of us have tried to sign from 7 different devices with 3 different credit cards in the last hour and everyone getting payment error/declined. All cards fully funded. Please help

@AmericanAir When are you going to enable family traveling with Exec Plat members to have access to complementary priority seats - (main cabin extra) when traveling on same flight but different record locator (which happens all the time eg business travel). @thepointsguy
@nrmehta Nick, I think the funniest (?) part is sales complains for 3 years “we don’t have decks from marketing, I can’t sell”. Marketing produces deck. Sales doesn’t like it, creates their own anyway (that they have had for years). Why do we play this game and do this to ourselves ?
