Many would reinstate capital punishment for what he did. I don't personally support that, I'd rather he lived to an old age being terrorised & wondering if each day would be his last.

1. The nature & severity of the crime
2. The potential impact on the minor - low, he’s a man
3. Public safety & interest
4. It can’t prejudice the trial - he’s guilty!
