@JonHollandYEG My son was super excited coming home from grade 1 saying “daddy guess what, I’m a top locker” I asked him what that meant. Apparently the more athletic kids are designated “top lockers” because they can get up there easier in active shooter drills/situations.

@christineshwets I think education varies so much down here by school district (or even by school) that it’s the only way to really know where your child stands. But I also think they put too much emphasis on them, my daughter has her 5th grade STAAR test tomorrow and is stressed out
