@nikgeneburn Day 16 of processing a ban appeal and absolutely NO help. This is getting ridiculous. BSG support just copy/pastes the same responses anytime you email or create a ticket. I'm clearly not alone, based on your replies. People are getting un-just bans. Please do something!

@shaksms1260 @VeryBadSCAVR I’m going through the exact same thing. I’ve been tweeting Nikita everyday for almost 2 weeks to take a look at my ticket. Multiple emails to BSG and BattlEye, along with a ticket on the website. Hopefully we get some answers!
