Spin-off of the @uni_lu, specialised in machine learning & software engineering, @DataThingsLu celebrates 3 years at @PW_InCub. A great example of the strong interconnection between the research-sector and the #startup#ecosystem in #Luxembourg.
Last week, we had the pleasure to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of DataThings with various exchanges around demos, drinks, and food for body and thoughts. We want to thank all clients and partners who placed their trust in us. Be sure, this is just a beginning...
Last friday, we had the pleasure to present some business cases on Industry 4.0 to @LuxOIC members with @Paul_Wurth , Ceratizit (@LFederspiel ) and @DataThingsLu

@b_erb@DataThingsLu Temporal Graph partitioning is a really hot topic! Despite homogenous sharding could be an option, we believe that temporal and domain-based structures should offer better locality property. If this is interesting for you maybe the best is to organize a call to exchange on it.
@b_erb@DataThingsLu Thank you for your interest in our work. GreyCat manages memory using a lazy loading mechanism to avoid memory limitations. Together with the caching mechanism, this allows sliding windows computation at ease.
After a fierce peer review process we are proud to see our scientific publication "GreyCat: Efficient What-If Analytics for Data in Motion at Scale" on our core technology accepted for publication in the Information Systems journal ! Long live GreyCat !
Our @SpiralsTeam article on "GreyCat: Efficient What-If Analytics for Data in Motion at Scale" with T. Hartmann, @dukeboard, @assaadm from @DataThingsLu and @YvesLeTraon has been accepted in the Information Systems journal: https://t.co/mKmCguNhjF
