@SingaporeAir Yes shared directly at the arrivals side desk. Apparently some help from airlines staff added to the confusion at the office. The item actually came on the 10/7, next day just was “sat around”

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir found the car seat ourselves - trip to the @dnataSupport luggage office @SydneyAirport . Got told PIR case closed - other item delivered 🫤Apparently the seat placed in this pile ( I spotted it )by mistake😲. How long would it have sat there???

@SingaporeAir Thanks, I get those status update emails but there’s nothing new since 9/7, even though one bag of two was delivered two days ago. That’s the problem and no one at DNATA answers the phone. Do I buy a new car seat? Make a claim?
