@Ptoki11 @sayorichud I think you misunderstood me. When I say quality ceiling/floor, I am referring to the state of the characters. For example, make Thing good and the higher you go in Ranked, the worse Black Panther will be. That's why it will always be impossible to perfectly balance things.

@Ptoki11 @sayorichud For the health of the game it's good that we allow people who play Clops time to play him while nerfing other super strong poke heroes and buffing Clops. That's how the cycle should be. And it's not possible because of constant hero addition + heroes can't all get equal value.

@Ptoki11 @sayorichud I'm not caught up on if Widow is STILL meta so I'll take your word. That aside, my point is that to avoid a hard poke meta you need to cycle out the poke characters that are good with the underperforming ones. You can't have every hero be good in a season— it's not possible.
