@skinnyalcohol_ just try to be consistent, workouts dont have to be anything crazy. if you're eating a lot of sodium that could be a factor, increase your protein intake and potassium intake to flush out sodium
@skinnyalcohol_ honestly you aren't huge at all, but you do have a pretty high body fat percentage for your bmi. you can fix this by small workouts. although it could also just be camera distortion because you look thinner in the photos you take of yourself
