@JioCare Today I made almost 10 calls to the Complaint Centre for the multiple issues occurring with the network. But at the end of the day, I learned that a company like @reliancejio can't even fulfill its commitments.

@JioCare Every time I call on General Helpline (199) or Complaint Number (198) I get fake deadlines that I wonder won't be met in this life of mine.

Feels like it's better to switch network rather than wasting my time every day on your network.
