@azuresupport #azhelp:Hello, How can a "Billing Reader" user get access to the billing usage details?... the current INVOICE only shows TOTAL and it is not break down by Resource Groups.

@AzureSupport Thank you, the problem is that according to that link, to get "daily usage details" you have to use "Account Center" which only admins have access. How "Billing Readers" can get that data?

@AzureSupport Thank you for your reply, but I can connect without a problem as well as the Azure Website. The BACKUP section (in the App Service) fails to connect to MySQL because its IP is not allowed by the MySQL firewall, but that services seems to be using dynamic IPs.
