Just within the past week Ethiopia has seen close to a dozen govt sanctioned killings on Oromo youth that we know of. The govt justifies the murders by defaming them as members of ‘terrorist groups’ who essentially needed to be killed. Hence, we need #IndependentInvestigationNow

Ethiopian state security is involved in many of the killings of innocents across Ethiopia. That is why the state is not able to deliver justice. Independent investigation is in need by independent organizations.

@fanatelevision reported from Oromia govt’s statement about what happened in West Walaga saying the incident happened at night while @BBCAmharicNew talked to Oromia govt’s spokes person, he said the incident happened @6:00pm w/c can’t be that dark.
