“Coach, I haven’t had sex with my wife in 4 months.”
That’s what a married man told me.
He was frustrated, and starting to believe his wife doesn't love him anymore
Two weeks later, he came back and told me they now have sex regularly.
Here is what I had told him to do….
Don't live in a way that people will dislike you. However, be prepared for people to dislike you when you are living in a manner that pleases you and fulfils your purpose. And refuse to care whether people like you or not. To be a people pleaser is to be a failure by definition. Because once you start doing things necessary for your success, you must automatically attract haters. It is a necessary price to pay for anyone wanting personal fulfilment in life. What you do in life is your business. What other people think of you because of what you do is their business.

when sleep comes heavily upon you the moment you kneel, do not ignore it and do not conclude too quickly. The matter is deeper than tired eyes. There are moments the body is weak, yes, but there are also times when the spirit is touching something weighty. You must discern the difference. Let me open this mystery carefully.
10 DARK TRUTHS ABOUT PEOPLE
• Everyone lies, even you
• People are interested in you when they need something
• Compassion is rarely genuine, mostly it's curiosity
• Friends disappear when you become successful
• Everyone wears a mask, you too
• Manipulation is everywhere, whether you recognize it or not
• Most advice benefits the giver more than it benefits you
• People quickly forget what you have done for them
• You are replaceable unless you make yourself irreplaceable
• Loyalty is rare, but invaluable
See clearly. Move wisely.
There is a story about two wolves that live inside every human being. One wolf carries anger, pride, envy, bitterness, selfishness and destruction. The other carries peace, discipline, compassion, wisdom, patience and truth. Every single day, both wolves compete for dominance within us. The frightening part is that many people spend their lives pretending only one wolf exists.
The older i get, the more i realise that human beings are not simply “good” or “bad.” We are a combination of both. Some of us just become better at hiding the darker parts of ourselves. The same person capable of deep love can also become deeply cruel when wounded. The same mouth that speaks life can destroy another person in seconds when consumed by anger. Self awareness begins when you stop seeing yourself as incapable of becoming the very thing you criticise in others.
Many people think feeding the good wolf means posting motivational quotes, acting spiritual in public or appearing kind when people are watching. But the real test happens privately. It is in the moments where jealousy enters your heart and you decide not to entertain it. It is when revenge feels satisfying but you choose restraint. It is when life hardens you but you still refuse to become bitter. Character is not built in comfort. It is revealed in conflict.
One thing i have noticed is that pain feeds wolves very quickly. Rejection, betrayal, poverty, disappointment and trauma can either deepen your wisdom or deform your soul. Some people suffer and become softer toward humanity because they understand pain. Others suffer and become consumed with resentment, projecting their wounds onto innocent people. Pain itself is not what destroys people. Lack of healing does.
Social media has also made it easier for people to constantly feed the wrong wolf without noticing. Outrage is rewarded. Mockery trends faster than empathy. Pride is mistaken for confidence and cruelty is now disguised as honesty. People are gradually normalising emotional emptiness while calling it strength. But no matter how polished hatred looks on the outside, it still destroys the person carrying it first.
What makes this story powerful is the understanding that feeding a wolf is not a one time decision. It is daily. Every conversation, every habit, every environment and every thought is feeding something within you. Your mind becomes what you repeatedly expose it to. If you continuously feed anger, comparison and negativity, eventually they begin to shape your personality. The same applies to discipline, gratitude, wisdom and emotional control.
At some point in life, all of us must sit down honestly with ourselves and ask: “Which wolf have i been feeding?” Not the version people see online. Not the image carefully created for public approval. The real version of you that exists in silence. Because eventually, whatever wolf you feed in private becomes the life you live in public.
Unfortunately, cheating is not the absence of love. Someone can genuinely love you and still cheat on you.
Attraction isn’t something that happens once, with one person, or only once in a lifetime. You will not stop finding other people attractive simply because you are in a committed relationship. Other people will also approach you regardless of your relationship status.
It is sexual discipline and self-control that keep you in check, not love.
You’ll find people who are richer, more attractive, more caring, and more endowed than your partner. And if you lack self-control and sexual discipline, you’ll eventually sleep with one of those people to satisfy your lustful desires.
The difference between a decent person and a promiscuous person is that the former does not always let intrusive thoughts get the better of them.
So yes, you can genuinely be in love with someone and still cheat on them.

10. Skip breakfast, do that to boost your metabolism.
11. Get enough sleep, do that to recharge your mind.

Repost for others to learn
Things men slowly learn as they grow older:
- No woman loves you for who you are, she only loves for what you can do for her
-Nobody is coming to save you
-Discipline beats motivation
-Money solves many problems
-Silence is better than arguing
- Nobody cares until you are rich or dead.
-Respect is earned, not begged for
- No woman is ever yours
- You can do everything right and still lose.
- Your colleagues are not your friends
- Your father is the only man who wants you to be better than him
If you are planning to marry a woman, stop asking childish questions like:
“What’s your favorite color?”
“What’s your favorite food?”
“Who is your celebrity crush?”
Those questions won’t help you know her.
Ask her THESE instead- and you will know who she really is......
Listening to everything your parents tell you will only limit you. If they’re not living the type of life you want, their advice will only make you be like them. If you want to do better than them, you need to know when to disobey, but respectfully.
Parents always end up liking the child that made it in the end, not the one who listened to them. If their life doesn’t look like what you want, you can’t accept to do all they want you to do.
If they knew better, they will be better. And one thing is for sure, they like you. And, that’s why most of their advice is to keep you safe, risk free advice, 9-5 opportunities knowing fully well you’ll get paid at the end of the month, but those things with huge risk that you want to do, they’ll disagree. At some point, you still have to take those risks regardless. You might just win big and watch your life change forever, or you learn to do better some other time.
Don’t just accept everything your parents say, only you know the life that you want. Go for it.
Personally, I don’t keep female friends. There’s no benefit for it, you just get used in it. They use you financially, and turn you to a talk buddy when they’re bored. Zero benefit.
If you wanna talk, go talk to your bros or the girls you fvcking.
There’s nothing you need in a platonic relationship with a woman that you can’t get from your guys, and you’d even get it with quality and high level of reciprocation.
You’re better off that nonsense.
Somebody somewhere might need this.

They’re risking their time, reputation, and resources for you. The least you can do is show up, deliver, and make them proud they backed you. Gratitude isn’t just saying thanks once,it’s proving through your actions that they made the right call. People don’t forget loyalty and results; make sure you’re one they can always count on.
Kindness is just like food or wine. You need just enough of it to be spiritually healthy. Too much food and you will be fat. Too much wine and you get drunk. And over-kindness will make you broke. Beggars and takers do not understand limits. Therefore, you must place limits on them. If you allow them to suck you dry, they will move on to their next victim. A tree can survive if it loses some of its leaves. But if all the leaves are lost, it may shrivel and die, and those it gives shade to will go elsewhere and forget it!

Silence and absence create a kind of aura that confers power that speaking and presence can't match. Use silence as a licence to grow in affluence. When you enter a new environment, don't talk just to break the ice or to get liked. In fact, don't bother about being liked. The ice is good in that it can raise your asking price. What you need is to be respected. The wealthiest and most powerful people on Earth are not nice. It does not mean they are unpleasant. If everyone talks and you remain silent, you immediately command more attention, which eventually leads to respect. And your absence will have even more impact than your presence. Only talk because you have something to say, not because you have to say something.
