I use two SIM cards.
The first one is my personal number. The second one exists for one reason only: to keep my personal number private. I use it for platforms like Amazon, Zomato, Gate entrance, and every app that eventually starts sending spam calls and messages.
I don't need internet.
I don't need unlimited calls.
I just want the number to stay active.
And don't say we already have voice-only plans. It is priced almost as close to the regular plans.
Millions of people already have Wi-Fi at home and use data on their main SIM. A second SIM is just to receive OTPs, use WhatsApp, and protect their personal number from spam.
@TRAI, Force telecom companies to give a simple validity-only recharge. It shouldn't be this difficult.
A man's desire to become a father is always paid for by a woman with her body, her health, her career, and her freedom.
But when a woman expects a comfortable life, she is somehow shamed for wanting too much
what a boring planet… no son pari, no Shaka Laka boom boom pencil, no Hatim, no Shararat , no vikral gabraal , no vampires, no ware wolves, ….. just bills, stress, gossip, and insufferable people
i have seen patients request the doctor to shift them out post CAG and to wait and plan angioplasty because they dont have TPA approvals and need to arrange finances.
point being- get literally any other insurance EXCEPT these two.
as someone who has worked in urogyn and now in a cardio dept and has to deal with admissions and TPA to get clearances for my patients, i will 100% attest by this. in both my jobs, our patients have always suffered with both Star and Care; be it elective/emergency surgery

patients who aren’t well to do & cant straightaway pay 1-3L as deposit have no choice but to pray that the said emergency doesn’t end up taking away their life. i say this as someone who spends atleast 12hours a day in the cathlab and the emergency literally being MI.

The thing I always hate about going to any family’s house is that women don’t get to be guests. Men do. We have to immediately offer to help cook, serve, clean, etc. if not, it’s not “ polite”. You’re looked down upon for resting as a guest. I’ve never had guests in my home do anything.
One habit I really want to keep this year is replying messages as soon as I see them. I have this bad habit of thinking, “I’ll reply later,” and then later turns into embarrassingly late… or never 😭
So I’m trying to do better. If I don’t see it, fair. But if I see it, I want to respond. I’ve already marked all my chats as read across my socials, clean slate, fresh start. Here’s to better communication this year. 🫶✨
I too want to write an end of year essay or make a reel or even find the most meaningful photos to mark the year but all I can think is, “I’m so tired.”
