I saw a post on Reddit that said that “The underlying purpose of AI is to allow wealth to access skill while removing from the skilled the ability to access wealth.” And I don’t think I’ve ever seen AI described so incisively.

@supermoongirl9 yes!! i feel like this is the essence of tech bros. they grow up with such privilege that they never had to develop identities and interests that fulfill them & form talent. so they turn to things like tech that mimick talent. but not for self fulfillment, but for applause, ego.
