@MITSMR, I am in healthcare, 24/7!! Patient-centric is the core. Data sharing is mandated. But the technology is not there. Frustrating. I am changing that.

My client share data with customers, partners. Mandated by law. Problem is data interoperability is un-achievable right now or the foreseeable future.

Problem with AI on IoT is there is no good algorithm out there. Existing ones are age old. New algorithms need.

Another problem posed by IoTs related data is data integrity & data security. Both unresolved problem now.

Real time analytic has its place. All depends on the field of application.
IoTs provides lots of data points. But that is its Achilles heel - too much data.

Ability to filter out relevant data in an ocean of big data. So AI will have a role in it. But AI at this stage is kind of useless.
