Yesterday I avoided watching Caedrel's feat Ludwig's stream which peaked 70K viewers because I knew it would be onesided. I watched the baby that is 15K viewers, the LCS and I thought people would be screaming, "LET'S GO FLY!" in the hundreds. No. You really fucked up brother! 💀

[TL;DR]: We fucked it on the costreamers video, we deserve our lumps, and we hope the LCS community will give us a chance to learn and grow

In 24 hours our LCS team plays an elimination Best of 5 for Worlds, yet the match itself is going to be overshadowed by a tone deaf youtube doc about costreamers we published 5 months ago with a clickbait thumbnail of Caedrel.

An objectively great outcome for the LCS (the 50k new unique viewers that Caedrel brings) will be coming to the matches this weekend most excited about hatewatching our team - It’s deeply embarrassing that we started this chain reaction through our own misfire. At FlyQuest we only have the utmost respect and appreciation for the support costreams provide - League of Legends esports still thrives in 2026 because of the hard work and community building of creators like Caedrel & IWDominate.

The worst part for me is that there will be reasonable people out there who think that FlyQuest hates Caedrel (we do not) or hates costreamers (we do not). That simple fact tells you how much a video intended to have a nuanced discussion on the rise of costreaming missed the mark in content and execution.

Pointing out the above isn’t trying to avoid taking accountability for our mistake - We inadvertently blindsided some of the biggest contributors to the space which is unacceptable regardless of our intent, and for that and the toxicity it brought to them I apologize. At the same time, I’d like to also pass on my apologies to our creators LS, Basil & Grim and our LCS players who should be focusing on LCS playoffs - We have unfairly dragged them into a topic they didn’t endorse, and any scorn they’ve received should be redirected to FlyQuest and only us.

All there is to do now for us is to focus on making future positive contributions to the LCS scene and support the boys Worlds push. As a loyal Caedrel viewer, I'll be in twitch chat as always tomorrow - I know I'll see you all there!

@pack2loud4u @quot3d @FlyQuest Maybe so but I sat in the VERY SMALL STREAM that was Twitch's LCS broadcast (67K were in Caedrel's Stream, 15K were watching LCS) and I knew there would be more FlyQuest haters in Caedrel and Ludwig's stream. 70% of the 15K were rooting for SR as well... FlyQuest is pretty hated!
