Next time a stranger at a bar asks if you're a patriot, do not say yes.
Chase Hughes walks through a hypothetical recruitment, and it starts with someone telling you he loves your podcast and then asking whether you'd consider yourself a patriot. That first yes is what he builds everything else on - your identity.
Next he asks if you'd be willing to look at something that might be uncomfortable. Then he shows you your browsing history and webcam captures from your phones and computers, offers to keep it all out of the public eye, and puts $20,000 a month on the table. All you have to do is keep a few people off the show and leave a few things out, for your country.
What gets me is that the protection covers more than your reputation. It also hands you a story you can live with, where every concession counts as service.
"They don't build influencers. They find the ones who are already successful and recruit them."
Apparently the benefits package includes getting to keep calling yourself independent.
So be honest, has anybody here ever been approached with an indecent proposal?
A Canadian man who told voters he had no idea what he was doing won the city council election
His campaign used messages like "Just trying to pay my rent" and "Let's see what happens?"
Two neighboring gas stations in Georgia started a “GAS WAR,” dropping prices to $0.99 per gallon and causing hours-long traffic jams as people rushed to fill their tanks 😅⛽️
The thunder only excites me to venture in my mind of how the SEA may be in such inclement weather, whether or not I wish to physically ride the turbulence herself, is left to Mother Nature to decide.
BREAKING: Elon Musk calls for the arrest of Ro 'the Robber' Khanna.
The U.S. Department of Justice announced that a USAID official and several executives pleaded guilty in a bribery scheme involving more than $550 million in contracts.
Yet Ro Khanna is claiming Elon should be investigated over DOGE spending cuts.
The standard applied by DOGE was very simple: if taxpayer money is being sent as aid, there should be a way to verify who received it and make sure the money isn’t being stolen or misused.
The DOJ is uncovering corruption connected to USAID contracts, Ro Khanna is attacking the person who pushed for transparency.
Elon simply asked where taxpayer money was going and whether it was actually reaching the people it was meant to help.
Ro “the Robber” Khanna should be in prison.
