most of the systems in this game are half-baked and dull. they add nothing. it’s like going to a restaurant and being told the chef can cook 80 dishes and they’re all mediocre and without flavour rather than a restaurant that maybe has 5 dishes of spectacular quality on the menu

one of the problems with LADS is that it started off as a promising story-focused combat-based dating sim and then branched out to being your fitness tracker, your PA, your dollhouse simulator etc... along the way, the very essence of the game was forgotten about and trampled on
