I have been trading for 5 years as an unprofitable trader. There is a distinct pattern that I have noticed throughout the years.

@dtr_trading I agree. I took an A+ trade the other day that I would take 100/100 times and I moved to BE too early because I was scared of losing. Got stopped BE and tilted the rest of the week.

@apodochiHQ @TradeDadLog I'm not sure I agree. I feel that my emotional state overpowers my discipline. I am aware that I shouldn't take another trade but I can't stand having a red day.

Tilt monster carried over to the Asia session last night. Took two trades that weren't setups but didn't oversize. At least I followed my rule of two losses and done. Made it all back this morning with two perfect setups with appropriate size. Felt clear and level headed this morning. Emotion is my problem. Thinking I might call it a week.

Made $170 back during Asia session. two trades within my risk parameters. Would be BE on the day if I didn't tilt. On to the next!

@ESfullyy If I can't handle the stress of trading one account, I won't be able to handle the stress of trading multiple.

I entered with appropriate size on my A+ setup then moved to BE too early. I then tilted, oversized and lost all of my progress from last night plus more. Then I made it back with a mini contract. What a stressful ride just to get nowhere. I recognize that I am trading scared. Red on the discipline calendar.

0/4 for the day. I knew I should have stopped after my first two losses but I couldn't step away. This is the problem that I can't seem to stop doing. Down $300 on the funded when it could have been half that. Red day on the discipline calendar.

Trading is the hardest thing I’ve ever attempted to do. I thought I was a disciplined person until I realized the pattern of tilting after taking a small loss. I’m in a similar spot in my trading journey at a similar age. Looking to stack sats through trading. Keep up the good work bro!

@TradeDadLog It’s wild how you can now what you’re doing wrong and still do it. A good analogy for life I guess. Keep up the good work!

@TradeDadLog This is definitely one of the hardest parts of trading. I think the only way to get out of the habit is to have a point that invalidates the current trade and trade a 1:1 RR from there. Hold win or lose. At least for me that is.
