@EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC please help me; i bought the ultimate plus edition on the 26th of july and still haven’t received both my icon and hero, i’ve spoke to ea help multiple times and they’re useless. help

[lol @dunbarini]

@News_FC26 26th july, i spoke to ea and they told me they’ve had a lot of complaints regarding missing icons then they just ended the chat, they’re useless

[lol @dunbarini]

@EllisMartin @Jvnggt @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect Did you at least get the hero?? Or did you pre order too late

[lol @dunbarini]

@EllisMartin @Jvnggt @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect I think you’re very right, no icon for us ever tbh, wouldn’t honestly mind them just giving everyone on the game rn an icon pick just so we don’t feel left out even if it means playing people with 2 icons in their team.

[lol @dunbarini]

@DrFUT_ i didn’t get my icon or hero 😕

[lol @dunbarini]

@EllisMartin @Jvnggt @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect I spoke to them and they said they’ve had alot of complaints about this issue then just ended the chat

[lol @dunbarini]

@connFUT must be nice to have 2 icons, they didn’t even give me 1 of mine

[lol @dunbarini]
